That's what it says at the top of the winamp skin.

considering the parts covered with icons would normally be black (except for maybe a spot above his eye) you could just edit that pic in MS Paint, and cover up the icons and the winamp, then save it and make it your background

I had searched under that, w/ no luck

But I edit the picture in like 20 seconds, didn't think of that for some reason.
