Hrmm, I know this is an odd request but someone here probably knows...

Where can I buy those small bars of soap often found at hotels?

super markets may have a "trial size" aisle in which they sell small travel items like razors, small bottles of lotion, shower caps, etc. a drug store will have these for sure.

Actually, I'm looking to buy a large pack of these things... my mother wants to give it out during a retreat or something . ::shrug::

It'll be cheaper to just go to Price club and buy a huge back of cheap regular sized bars.

Walmart usually has a section that has little bins with travel size version of all the main toiletries (shaving gel, toothpaste, shampoo, soap, etc.) It's great if you're traveling and just buying one or two to minimize packing space, but it's not very cheap if you're buying a lot of them.

Not quite....Everything is for sale at hotels, at grossly exaggerated prices. You'll probably get a gross for $1000, and to call your mom for approval will cost $48.50
