Anyone know where I can get a low profile (half-height) 56k pci modem?

I'm about to purchase Antec Minuet for my Aunt web surfing / HTPC, but can't seem to find any low profile modems🙁

And I was really set to seeing how this case looks against their 40 inch silver flat screen tv.
