Anyone know where I can get a cheap battery analyzer???

I'm looking for a reasonably priced (less than or around $100) battery analyzer. The only thing it needs to do is discharge a NICD or NIMH battery (single 1.2v cell) and tell me the capacity (in mAH). It would be nice if it could also do battery packs of multiple cells but that is not a requirement.

Anyone know where I might find one? I found This one and I was wondering if it would work? It looks like it should be able to do the job and it is reasonably priced. Would it fit my needs? Thanks for any advice.
