Anyone know where I can find a cpu balancing program?

I have a bp6 on win2k and was wondering if anyone knew of a program that would allow you to control the amount and which processes to each chip on my bp6. I have heard of a program that does this but I forgot the name of it and can't seem to locate it anywhere. If someone could help me I would greatly appreciate it.
