anyone know where i can buy LEDs and also small led covers?

I'm looking for 3mm LED's.. and also LED covers.. kinda like these rubber covers that are different colors so the light will emit a different color. Actually, if I can get 3mm bulbs, that would be even better.. any suggestions? i tried checking out frys, a bunch of online shops.. where else to checK? Thanks..
