Anyone know where I can buy a PCI-E power cable

I recently discovered the downside of modular power supplies.
If you take off the cables that you don't need, they can get lost.

So I know I can order a replacement from Antec and it's only like $2, but they want $9 for shipping and who knows how long it will take to get here.

Would any retail shops carry this kind of thing?

You might be able to make one yourself. Action-electronics.com may have the connector parts you need. You are unlikely to find replacements around the web except from Antec as you already found. It's a shame they don't offer alternate shipping methods for small items.

I'd try looking around the house some more.

I've probably spent 2 hours looking for them.
It's frustrating because I can't figure out where they could have gone, but I think I need to give up and order them from Antec. Not that $12 is a big deal, it's just annoying to spend that much for a $2 part.

Next time keep them where you can find them. I myself, keep all my extra computer items,
like mice, cables, ps2 adapaters, ,mounting rails, all in one drawer or a box as your situation
dictates. Also put them in a Ziploc bag and use a marker pen to write on it what it is. As to
power supply cables, why not just fold them up, zip tie them and store them inside the
computer ? ? ? I am very sure you can find a spot in there where they won't get burned by
heat or where they will short anything out (such as zip tied to the main power output cable)
