The "untouched" & "Official" English versions were posted on certain foreign-based bit-torrent sites about a month ago. A Microsoft Technet server was claimed as being the source.
If you're talking about the "pressed DVD with official MS hologram", check periodically on Amazon's web site.
 
Of course I mean the original, retail or oem, non-pirated version. Specifically, I want to order it via newegg.
