Anyone know when the Shuttle SS40 will be available?

I was wondering when suppliers will get this in, it looks to be a great little machine, and since my computer just broke down, I am in the market. Let me know if you have heard anything. I may be tempted to just get the SS50 if it is too long.

Newegg has the ETA as 5.30.02
