Anyone know when the new 8GB XD-card's are out?

We got a new camera in at work, the FUJI M603, and as well as good photos it records movies like a camcorder at TV quality 640*480 @ 30fps which is absolutely cool as hell, they're really good quality. I was talking to a guy who works at FujiFilm and he told me an 8GB XD-card is coming out soon, which would let you take just over 2 hours worth of video, which awesome. Only problem is he didn't know when they were coming out. Seeing as I can pick up one of these M603's for £220 and i'd be buying it primarily for the video and I don't know when the cards are released, I want to know if it's worth picking one up now or waiting a few months. Anyone have any idea?:beer:

I would guess an 8gig flash card would cost $1500-4000
