anyone know when 6800 regular is coming out with pci-e and sli?

i want a 6-series card that supports pci-e, but the only ones i can find are 6600GT for about $200 (only 8 pipelines, 128-bit) and 6800GT for $500 (16 pipelines and 256-bit! but SUPER EXPENSIVE!)

anyone know when 6800 regular will come in pci-e? and how much is would be, approx.

i was thinking maybe $300? is that a price that makes sense?

yeah i am waiting for the 6800nu to come out in pci-e so i ccan use to of them in sli and 300$ seems ok but i will expect it to be 350 or so

I think the regular 6800 (nv40 core) will probaly never see in the PCI-e since the two chips package is too expensive for a value line. Instead, the native PCI-e nv41 will take the role and may likely be released under the 6800 PCI-e edition.

i know it is a different core, and that there was speculation that it would be called the 6700, but more and more are saying that it will be called the 6800 pci-e
