She had been released from the hospital a couple of months ago, but had some problem and went back into Intensive Care for a little bit. Her spokesperson said she was only in IC because she was a celebrity and it was for extra privacy, but she didn't want to say what sent her back in. After that, I hadn't read a thing, but I assume she's just recovering still.
