Anyone know what's causing this?

Take a look at the following photo's. This happens at random, the screen goes to this pattern and the computer locks up. This all started when i got a new geforce 4 ti200 card. Happened the first few days so I sent it back for a replacement. Got a "replacement", but now i'm starting to wonder if they just sent me back the same damn card as the box was the one that the original came in and the anti static bag inside was not sealed and i'm having the same problem happen again.

This a bad card or is something else causing this? If it is a bad card why would it happen with 2 cards assuming they actually sent me a new card and not the same one over again?

System works completely fine with my geforce3 ti200, it's just this geforce 4 that causes this.

Did you fully remove all traces of the GF3 before you installed the GF4? This is my best guess of a way to sort it.

Not sure what that would really do since it's using the exact same driver, but yeah, tried it anyways and it did it probably 2 hours after i did it.

Definately not heat related either as i checked the card right after it crashed and it wasn't overly hot at all.
