Ahh good old windows acting up again. You should probably reinstall drivers or windows entirely, because the annoying VxD (system driver files) are corrupted, or have a violation error of some sort. Or I'm an idiot?

isnt there a string of numbers after it??

if yes, you can look them up on MS site, and hopefully get a general idea what is wrong (usb, ide, scsi, etc)

if you are using windows 95 or 98 you can use "SFC" on the run dialog box and repair your currupt Vxd files.
You must have the cab file or the disk and point the file to C:\windows\system....this shoud work

Yeah...I've been getting VXD errors when I have EAX enabled in Counterstrike with my TB Santa Cruz...disable it, and no error...
