It has to do with networking.

What NIC do you have and what drivers are you using?
 
This is on my sisters machine and I have not gone over there yet to have a closer look. I wanted to get some info on this first. She uses a dial-up internet connection and does not use any other networking. I'm not sure if her machine even has a NIC installed. It is a gateway that is around 3 years old or so. She said that it has been like that for about a year! HAHA! So, I guess that I will have to go look at it. Thanks for the info, at least I know what to look for now.🙂
