Anyone know what the posters blockbusters sell are called?

They are thicker and have a bit of texture to them and a frame. I was wondering if anyone knew what they were called, blockbuster has been selling them for a while now.
 
Well I asked a few people that were working last time I was in there and neither of them knew. They just called them framed posters. I am looking to find a company online that sells them.
