I have Digital Cable thru Time-Warner, with a Scientific Atlanta Explorer 2000 receiver. The remote, model number E2050ER1, part number 570071 is shaped like a Celtic Cross and has a jumper in the battery compartment. Anyone know what this is for? Scientific Atlanta's site sucks as far as customer support, and I have tried in vain to enter my receiver's serial number to gain access to their "so called" support.
