Anyone know what prog to open ".cle" files in?

I once locked some files during my previous Windows install. These files got the file-extension ".cle", and are password protected. Unfortunately I cannot remember what prog I used to lock the files, as the "lock-command" was performed from the right-click menu in windows after selecting the files.

Please, does anyone know what program that uses the ".cle" extension? Or does someone know of a place I can search for filetypes, etc so I can find out??
