Anyone know what memory compatible with my new Chaintech VNF3-250

Just bought Chaintech VNF3-250 mobo for my new AMD 64, but it didnt run very well and not stable at all using my old memory. I dont know if it is because of the memory, because it just restarted by itself, randomly crashes, and sometimes refuses to boot because of the memory test and some other random stuff, but basically it is not stable. I tried to find a list of memory that is stable on their website, but cannot find any. If any of you using this motherboard and runs it well, please gimme an advice of what memory brand I can buy? Thanks

What brand is your old stuff?

Go to www.crucial.com. That site will analyze the computer and tell you what memory you need.

I dont know the brand of my old memory. I have 1 512 MB stick and 1 256 MB stick, and until now, I am pretty sure that my 512MB stick is not compatible with the board. I haven't gone to crucial.com, I will go later at work...any more suggestions?
