Anyone know what kind of vitamins are good for teeth?

I just had my root canal done... so from now on that tooth will be much more brittle compared to the others since all the nerves and calcium was removed from it.

was wondering which vitamins/supplements are good for strenghening teeth?

Dont bother with multi vitamins, you get alot of other minerals but not enough.
