Anyone know what kind of Screw this is?

kinda looks like the screw on the back of GBA's.

they sold many of those screwdrivers on eBay when people were modding their GBA's with the front light.
 
Well, technically that's called a 'Tri-Wing',
you may be able to get one from an aircraft supply shop.

If it's on a gaming box, it may be a propriatory design to keep people out.
