Green chili sauce? Same as salsa, but it's green peppers instead of red.

Yes. It's Heinz latest and greatest invention: green ketchup, served in all the best Peruvian restaurants. And if you prefer, try you local Polish dining establishment for some cool purple ketchup, too.

I believe the vital ingredient would be tomatillos (sp?), those little green tomato-like things. Mixed with some green peppers and whatnot.

Aji sauce.

It's ground green aji chilis and olive oil. Sometimes with onions and parsley.
