I'm feeling like crap and trying to figure out what I might have.

I'm either in the process of throwing up or diarie.

I think all the food in my stomach has been evacuated by now.

Feeling very weak, but that's understandable since I've gotten rid of all the food in my stomach (That I know of)

Stomach pains. Have trouble walking

that's what I've been doing actually. took me enough energy to sit in my chair, I'm not sure I want to leave it right now

Sounds like food poisoning. If it's been happening a couple of days go see a doctor. If this is the first day, the best thing you should do is drink PLENTY of water because you want to maintain adequate water balance. You also might want to replace lost electrolytes by drinking pedialyte or gatorade.

Nothing to worry about unless you're vomitting blood or you see blood in your diarrhea. If that is the case then go see a doctor immediately.

Food poisoning by the sounds of it.

I've never felt as weak in my life as I have with food poisoning. I thought I was dying when I had it (then again I was never really sick before that, except for a runny nose).

I think most of you are over reacting. If it is food poisoning then why does he need to go to the doctor?

I've had food poisoning several times and I never went to the doctor. It could just be stomach flu also or something else. Give it a day and see what happens.

Food poisoning can be life-threatening. Of course, it's usually not in America, but life currently doesn't support backup software.

You didn't eat any of that recalled dog food did ya? J/k. Definitely sounds like food poisoning but it could also be stomach flu. Did you eat anything out of the norm lately? Any dairy that tasted a little funny that could have gone bad?

Were you feeling sick before it happened or did you start feeling sick right before?
Fever? Chills? Cramps? Does it last for a few minutes, go away, and return on regular intervals?

Abdominal related problems are one of the hardest to diagnose in the field. It could be anything from the flu to contaminated food, to kidney stones or worse.

See a doctor if it persists. You will, at the least, get some IV fluids since you are losing all of it currently.

P.S. "Food Poisoning" can be very dangerous unlike an earlier person posted. Even in this day and age people die from it, but don't let that worry you...

Your probably very dehydrated as well so expect headache

If you can't keep down liquids you will need to goto the emergency room and they will give you iv/s

in the mental condition I was in last night, i'm suprised I was actually able to type as much as I did.

update: woke up the next morning, feeling better, but very weak. Working on getting my strenght back.
