Anyone know what file this is?????

its out of the windows system dir, and Zonealarm adds it for access to the net. I'm not to hot about letting something access the net from my computer that I have no clue on what it is.

in Zonealarm its called IPC Server

and in Windows it called msipcsv.exe

Are you sure that ZoneAlarm added it? it's one of the infamous Spyware files..
