Anyone know what _delis is?

I'm trying to figure out why my computer is so crashy crashy lately, and I see this proggie running when I hit ctrl /alt/ del also sysoft sandra states this proggy was written for a older ver. of windows (I'm on 98se right now)

I think it may have to do with me scanner? (A Acer 320U)

Anyone know what this thing does? (The Proggy NOT the scanner!!)
