A while ago AT&T and Nokia had couple $40 rebates (one from each company) which made if you bought a Nokia 5165 phone free once you got the checks back. The forms had the websites to check the status of them but I lost the piece of paper where I wrote them down on. I think this was a national thing so I am hoping that someone knows the website for each individual rebate...
