it's not available to public view. you need to login to your control panel and go to support. it will be available there.

They don't provide phone support to those who got in with the free promotion last year, but I've been told that tech support doesn't check to see what kind of account you have with them.

Basically, I forgot to renew my domain name (kfischer.com), the most idiotic thing I've ever done, and it was snapped up by a squatter. I've had 1and1 free hosting for a while, it still shows kfischer.com, and every other registrar out there showed kfischer.com being taken, except 1and1, so I immediately tried to pay the 5.99, and it took my money. I want to call them and see if they can tell me what's going on... and since I'm now a paying customer of theirs, it's even on the level for me to call the tech support.

I should be able to log into my account and click support and have the number there, but it's just not working for me.

EDIT: I wish that phone number worked, but it gives a message saying to log into my account and call the number listed there.
