Anyone know the title of this movie?

I have no clue wtf the name of the movie is, but I remember a few things about it and last night I was talking to someone about it and they couldn't remember the name either.

All I remember is that it's about some kids and one of the kids loses his hair because his cat sleeps on his head every night, and then him and I think his brother, come up with some forumula made of peanut butter that makes his hair grow back.

Anyone know the name?

Don't think so, I just saw the VHS on amazon. I'm sure there are some bootleg DVD versions out though or something on ebay.
