Anyone know the TCP Port range that ICQ uses?

I know that ICQ now connects to login.icq.com on port number 5190 - but what's the port range? When I set GnomeICU to connect to login.icq.com at 5190 instead of icq.mirabilis.com at 4000, it does not connect. The port range remains the same at 4000-4100 or whatever it was at. Should I set it to 5190-something, or what? Any input on this would be appreciated.

PS: If anyone could help me get MSN support set up in any program here, I'd be greatful for that as well.

I don't think that's the problem because even when I set it 1 to 9999 it still doesn't connect. I don't get it? My router is set the same as when I'm in Win2K, and it works fine in Win2K.
