Anyone know the real reason behind the closing of resellerratings.com?

Let's be honest the reviews at resellerratings.com could make or break a company so my theory is some online merchant feared that they were losing money due to bad reviews and sent their lawyers after resellerratings.com.

Resellerratings.com probably feared a lawsuit and had no chioce but to shut down.


Makes no sense to me but it probably happened.

It is just another quick, and not well thought out decision by Internet.com. Instead of exploring ways to maximize the value of the asset, they took the lazy way and nuked it. Threat of lawsuits had nothing to do with it.
