I want to give them a piece of my mind... but all I could find on their website is a long distance phone number and snail mail mailing address.
I can't find an email address anywhere on their support site...

I have a Epson C60 and my ink ALWAYS clog the print head.... I always have to use their little utility to clean the head, which uses like half the cartridge each time. AND the worst thing is... if I just want to print in black... I have to clean out both the COLOR and the BLACK at the same time...

Does anyone else have this problem? Or does someone have an email address?
