I'm looking to get some heatsinks for my memory but I have to know the dimensions and space between each... if anyone can post them that'd be great.

thanks

I think theyre BGA so most ramsinks for videocards will work, very few ramsinks are NonBGA and those will tell you about it.

BGA is the more square version so if it's a long rectangle ramsink, it's the other type, TSOP, which hasn't been used since early in the 2000s(ended in 2002 I think?)

BGA:13x15mm
TSOP:22x15mm

sweet, thanks.

I'm looking at heatsinks that measure 1.125X1.125X0.5" and I was wondering if they'll fit...

now I just have to figure out how far they're spaced out!
