Anyone know off hand if you can return concert tickets?

Girlfriend bought tickets to a concert we can't attend, they've already come in the mail through ticketmaster. Anyone know if they refund / exchange tickets at all?

Don't mean to hijack your thread, but I too have tickets for a concert that I bought many months ago and got them via e-mail as e-tickets. I'm thinking of giving them to my cousin since he lives close to the venue where the event will be held and I live hours away now, the tickets however have my name on them....would that be a problem?

Tickets are for the Green Day concert @ Home Depot Center in Carson on October 8th.
