I used to recommend a web host some time ago that was essentially a pre-built CMS, the client/user would log in, choose a template, move elements, add content and go live all on their own. It also supported a bunch of additions like galleries/paypal store/blah blah and hosted/dns resolved for a monthly fee.

I first heard of it on Diggnation years ago but now a friend needs some web work done and I've told him to skip it all and use this service but I can't find it for the list of me 🙁
