Anyone know of good shopping cart script type things?

I'm looking at building an online store selling cell phone plans and all that..and was wondering if anyone knew of any good places/scripts to get started?

What would I have to know about certificates, security, dealing with credit cards and all that?

Yep that's good 'ole osCommerce which is a popular FREE Open Source shopping cart.
