Anyone know of cheap haircut places around LA

I went to this $5 cheap aasian commie place once. Owned by fob chinese mainlanders..
I told her how I wanted my hair cut, and she kept insisting on doing it her way simply because it's easier. I wanted it longer but she wanted to cut it really short as you just take the clipper and buzz it off.
And then she starts cutting before I can even say anything.
and then while she's cutting it, she's telling me how great it looks, and how I look like a model..
She finishes in like 2 minutes, and then I express my dissatisfaction and tell her it's too short. She continues to tell me how great of a haircut it is.
I then ask her.. how the hell do you expect me to come back if you don't cut my hair the way I want it.. and she replies.. don't come back.. I don't care..
I get pissed off and I leave without paying.
