Anyone know of any good sites where I can find hockey instructional videos?

Played hockey for almost 10 years in the past - took about 4 years off and wanna return to play. I remember alot of websites used to allow movies free for downloading instructing how to take shots, some good plays etc. I'd just like to watch some stuff before I hit the ice to get me in the flow of it all again.

BTW, I am not requesting rips of movies. Just websites which have their own movies, not some professionally done one which was taken off kazaa and the maker didn't want it to be there

wow you know it's sad when you go on the internet to learn how to play hockey...

there's nothing like practice. just pick up the stick and do some handling, it'll come back to you if you've played for 10 years.

I've been doing that 5 times a week - I just also want to watch some movies.

Practice makes permanent - remember!
