My wife really wants an old rotary style phone for some ungodly reason.
We recently installed an Ooma VOIP system, located in the kitchen, with a couple of cheapy AT&T 5.4Ghz phones. Our house isn't wired for phone, just CAT5 (yes, i know we can use the same wires, but all the outlets are wired for ethernet).
My preference would be to have a standalone phone that can connect via bluetooth to her iphone.
I see that Pyle has a couple of phones that can plug into the landline and also connect to the mobile phone via 3.5mm jack. you can easily receive the call on the rotary phone, but not make them - you have to use the mobile phone to dial, then switch it over to the rotary phone.

Anyone know of a rotary-style phone that can connect via BT?
