Look for a watch that has a countdown timer. I used to have a casio watch with a countdown timer, that could be set for any amount of time.

You could set the timer to the desired time (say 15 minutes), and if you wanted it to repeat.
Then it would countdown to zero, beep, and depending on if you wanted it to repeat or not, it would either be start again, or wait for the user to
restart the counter.

some folks have to bill their time in 15min increments. i would hate to do that.

like...the last 15mins IVe been surfing ATOT. where do i bill that to?
