ECS K7S5A with the new SIS735 chipset, but can be hard to find. Has integrated LAN. Can use either SDRAM or DDR memory. Built-in sound. (Newegg claims to be getting some in today)

There really isn't anything with a built-in modem. What you get is a bundled AMR modem to plug into an AMR slot. You can get an AMR modem for around $15 but you can also get a regular winmodem for about the same.

My K7S5A didn't come with the AMR modem, I think the M830(PC Chips version) does. EDIT: also if your looking for an even more integrated board the K7SEM/M810 come with onboard video and the ECS version comes with a really good onboard Realtek NIC. I've got one of these too-very stable.

Should have been more clear. I was speaking generally that boards that claim to come with an integrated modem, etc., are just giving you the AMR riser. The pcChips boards usually come with the riser. The ECS branded ones don't. (even though they are the same board)
