Anyone know of a program that will let me print thumbnails with the path name?

I need a program that will print thumbnails preferably in a 3x4 grid that includes the path to the jpg. I have looked around google and all I could come up with is one in German that needed to be compiled.
 
It wouldn't be hard to create such an application. What did you have in mind in the printout? The thumbnails laid out on a grid with the path listed below? What size thumbnail did you have in mind?
