Anyone know of a place that repairs Fossil watches?

Hello All,

A few weeks ago the band on my Fossil watch (6 years old or so) broke. I sent it in to Fossil's authorized "metro service center" and thought it would be fixed no problem. Today I got it back, still broken, with a letter saying they didn't have the parts.

It's just one of the pins in the non-removable metal links that is broken. Does anyone know of a good watch repair place that might be able to take care of this? Otherwise it looks like I'm in for a new watch.

I have a fossil and almost any jewelers will fix it for you.

Check if you have a Fossil Store (retail or outlet) near you. I've had my watches fixed there.

You can just mail it back to Fossil. They have a $25 flat repair charge, and the service center is in TX.

Or, considering most Fossil watches, just buy a waist belt to replace the band.

Try an old school watch repair center. One of those mom and pop places, where the old dude has been doing this since the dawn of time.
