acts as a user management system?

Something like a user goes to the site, he can sign up, and his user+other info is added to the database?
Then an admin script to manage the database?

Ive been searching for the past hour and found nothing that would work.

I need 2 scripts, one to sign up, one for admin(delete, edit, etc)

A web based front end, do you need?
I've made about three sites in the past couple months that do exactly that. 🙂
Not sure if my client would want me giving out the code(as it's their property I suppose, although they've yet to use it), but I'll gladly help you out if you want. I could "borrow" my own code and make you a basic script, then you could polish off the HTML.
If worse comes to worse, shoot me an email and we'll see if we can figure something out. Just an option for ya.
 
I could write something like that, but I wouldn't want to spend very much time unless I had some compensation for my time.
