Start off with your regular interval maybe a set of 30.
then do pyramids...A set of 5 then 4 then 3 ...then once you get to 1 count back up to 5 pause before each set.
set of 10 diamond pushups(make a diamonds with ur fingers and put ur nose in it.(very hard if you have never done it)
Do sided pushups where when you go down your going down on one side instead of both arms.
Do some Up-downs with a pushup(if you dont know what an up-down is watch remeber the titans)
