Over the summer I was getting very good speed from the FTP mirror on Ohio State University's servers. Of course I was in Ohio at the time, so that had an effect.

I found a dl site that I am getting 100k/sec dl's, not bad.

I'm still downloading so try not to suck all the bandwidth....:)

ftp://redhat.in-span.net/mirrors/ftp.redhat.com/current/en/iso/i386/

ELM: There are essentially 4 files you need to download. 2 of them are the install disks:

enigma-i386-disc1.iso
enigma-i386-disc2.iso

The other two are RPM's of extra programs and other add-on's that you may or may not want to install.

enigma-SRPMS-disc1.iso
enigma-SRPMS-disc2.iso

Just burn them in your fav burning program and soon you shall be running Linux.
