I don't see why you have to sue your own insurance company. It is an accident. The person that hit you should still be responsible.

Unless you have a law like in Vegas where if the pedestrian (sp?) is not obeying the laws and a car hits them it is their fault and nothing happens to the driver of the car even if they kill them.

Maybe it was a hit and run? That happened to my mom roughly two years ago. Really F'ed up her knee, but it's fine now. You have to be really low to run after hitting someone. Scum of the earth...

Johnny Cochran or the Southern Proverty Law Center will represent you pro-bono if the case involves civil rights violations.

no but it was brand new car with not full coverage, owner didnt pay for insurance in october not even sure if its valid right totally bad history, police falsified report and was signed PO who was not even on the scene, report says no witnesses and there were plenty, this italian guy started harrasing my father was laying and bleeding there, police closed harassement case same day they opened it, my attorney suggested me to talk to commanding officer of the precinct and when i came in i saw some guy in beach clothes, i thought they lied to me that it couldnt be commanding officer, all of sudden he closed the door in his office told me to get F out of his office, thank god i had witness with me in the office who he thought didnt speak english. I am in the middle of demanding full investigation of that precinct but in mean time i need to find attorney who will represent my father cause personal injury case with geico must be filed within 30days i have like two weeks left
