Anyone know if this site is "legit"

Looks ok... doesn't ask for any personal info like CC or SIN (optional)

and they have a padlock..
 
I wouldn't trust it - you can accomplish the same thing by calling the credit bureaus yourself.

Also, when I got my free credit report, it listed the "preapproved" offers but said they didn't factor into your credit raiting. So maybe it's a myth that all those preapproved offers hurt your credit?

They also have a character recognition... seems to be legit, but still be cautious.
