I want to buy the UFC 43: Melt Down on Friday but I don't want to buy it if I can only watch it once. Will I legally be able to record it via a VCR even though it's gonna be through my digital cable?

I recently got digital cable and I don't know all the tricks and what not; however I do know that I could record it if I had analog and I ordered it through PPV.
