i dont see anything wrong with it. 5 fans, looks like it'll cool nicely. if you dont want need a UV reactive acrylic case, you can get a regular acrylic case for $79 + $7 dollar flat shipping = $86.
 
Clear cases aren't of much use except for store/show displays and the like. Likely to be as heavy or heavier than an equivalent steel case and less thermally efficient to boot.
. Not to mention being a PITA to keep clean.
