I scoured the Thinkpad website and couldn't find any specs on the A21p at all. Thanks.

probably not as we are only now beginning to see mainboards with usb2 coming out to the marketplace!

No, it is not USB 2.0.

You can always purchase PCMCIA USB 2.0 Adapter if you need USB 2.0 available.
